SHIPPING CONDITIONS
At Exclusive Home Decorations we ship through courier companies such as UPS, and FedEX for national and international deliveries. Delivery costs may vary depending on several factors such as weight, destination and the delivery time selected for your purchase.
Keep in mind that for the delivery times to be met, you must place the order before the cut-off time. After this cut-off time, the order will be processed the next day, since we cannot deliver it to the transport company. The cut-off time depends on the selected transport, if you choose standard shipping the cut-off time is 1:00 p.m. and if you choose urgent shipping, the cut-off time is 3:00 p.m.
Orders paid by transfer will not be effective until we receive the amount of the transfer in our current account. Through the rest of the payment methods, the order will begin to be prepared immediately. If the order is urgent, we recommend not using bank transfer as a payment method.
Whenever you place an order exclusihomedecor.com we will inform you by email when we have proceeded to send it. In addition, we will supervise the delivery and we will contact you if there is any problem. That is why we ask that you provide us with a valid phone number or email address at the time of purchase.
SCHEDULE AND DAY OF DELIVERY
Keep in mind that transport companies only work from Monday to Friday. They do not deliver on Saturdays or, of course, Sundays or holidays. In addition, when we give you delivery dates, we do not take into account whether it is a local or regional holiday in the place of destination; we only consider the national and local holidays of origin.
We cannot guarantee a delivery time. The transport companies will be able to make the delivery throughout the agreed day before 20:00. However, an approximate schedule that the company will try to meet may be indicated, but it is not obligated. In case you are not located, the transport company will try a second delivery agreed with you. If after the second attempt they do not locate you, you must go to pick up the order at the transport company’s facilities.
ORDERS NOT DELIVERED
If an order is sent and cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid for the shipping costs will not be refunded, having to pay other shipping costs for the reshipment of the merchandise.
RESPONSIBILITY IN THE DEADLINES AND CARRIER
In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to modify the transport company with which we will send the package, but always maintaining transit times.
The responsibility of Exclusive Home Decorations is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather events that prevent normal traffic by land, sea or air,…). In these cases, the orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the deadlines indicated above will not apply.

By registering your identification and shipping data you will be able to speed up the process in subsequent purchases by simply selecting one of the shipping addresses that you can store, being able to create several, modify them, delete them or enter new ones.
Will I be charged taxes and customs?
Prices displayed on our site are not tax free if you reside in Texas United States. These will appear as an additional charge on the checkout screen of our online store. For international orders, the customer will be required to pay any import taxes, duties, and related customs fees that may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, and is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
